Food & Wine Tours

I love travel as much as I love food and wine. And I’ve spent a lifetime getting behind-the-scenes of many corners of the world through networks of friends that guide me to money-can’t-buy travel experiences. If you’re ready to become a traveller rather than a tourist, I’d love to show you my favourite corners of Europe & Australia.

Italian Food Markets - Quadrilatero Bologna

Northern Italy 2025

Emilia-Romagna is called Italy’s Food Valley for its variety of world-class produce, from renowned Parmigiano Reggiano and Aceto Balsamico, to lesser-known regional specialties and wonderful Adriatic seafood. And that’s before we talk about the wines!

Fondue - A Month of Swiss Online Cooking Class

Switzerland 2025

Switzerland is on almost everyone’s bucket list. Yet impossible to discover without insider help. I’m blessed to have seen it as few outsiders can, through the eyes of my Swiss husband and his family and friends. Let me show you the hidden corners of Switzerland that tourists never find.

Ristorante da Ciccio - Spaghetti Vongole Amalfi - Southern Italy Food & Wine Tour

Southern Italy 2026

Southern Italians turn simple fresh produce into almost unreasonably tasty dishes! Olive oil, garlic, chilli and wild aromatic herbs blend with the citrus, nuts, honey and dried fruits brought by the Arabs. And taking time to enjoy ‘le piccole cose’ (the little things) makes life worth living.

Just back from the most amazing trip to Emilia-Romagna with Roberta. Not only the home of Prosciutto di Parma, Parmigiano-Reggiano & Balsamic Vinegar, but scenery to die for and more quaint and exciting restaurants and cafés than you ever imagined. And Roberta is just the person to help you discover and enjoy them! Her knowledge of the history of the region and its wonderful cuisine know no bounds and all added to the excitement of the trip. It was faultless - well organized and lots of fun!

My wife and I recently joined Roberta's Emilia-Romagna tour. We enjoyed all the temptations offered and learned a lot about that part of Italy, especially its food and wine culture. What was most impressive was Roberta's local knowledge of people and places. The planning and effort she put into making the whole experience seem effortless was remarkable.
